What information do you require to book?
It's always best to book as soon as possible. Your date isn't reserved until you officially book. A retainer and signed contract are needed to secure your date. Final payment is due one week before your session.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
You must contact us via email 48 hours prior to your session to reschedule. If any cancellation occurs after you will lose your retainer and payment. If the shoot needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances such as weather, a new date, location or time will be offered.
What type of equipment do you use?
We shoot with Canon EOS 5D Mark IV cameras and Canon L-series lenses. For lighting we rely on Godox strobes and speedlites.
Are you insured?
Yes we are a fully licensed and insured. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.
Do you have a second shooter?
Depending on the session you choose a second shooter or photography assistant can be added. The advantages range from multiple view points, styling and posing, to more photographs.
Do you provide edits?
Yes, all packages include edited high resolution photo's. Additional photo enhancements such as removal of unwanted objects or people may be done. Cosmetic retouches including blemish or imperfection removal, teeth whitening, skin texture, wrinkles and eyes may be added on.
How will we receive our pictures?
Once your photo's are ready, you will receive a link to a password protected online gallery that has all of your finished photo's from your shoot. This gallery will have an option to download all of your images as high-resolution digital files.
How many pictures will we receive?
An expected number of photo's is not given because every shoot is different and as a result the number of photo's will be different. Many factors such as the length of time, number of people, number of locations, number of photographers, travel time between locations etc. all play a part in how many photo's you end up with. We do invest time into preparation to capture as many quality photo's as possible. Location scouting assists in optimizing photograph outcomes and creating a must have shot list will help to seamlessly execute your vision while allowing you to stay fully present in the moment.
When will we get our pictures?
The length of time before you receive your photo's depends on the length of your shoot and the type of edits involved. We know how exciting it is to see the final shots so we try to send out a sneak peek image as soon as possible.
Do you offer printing services?
We have partnered with the best professional print labs dedicated to photographers to deliver professional-grade print products. Purchasing prints from our client galleries is a seamless experience from start to finish.
